PLOT: A look into the lives and beliefs of three friends: An idealist, a realist and a conformist. TARIKH (A Timeline) is about everyday moments that make living worthwhile. It is about Time and how we use it to make a difference. TARIKH is about the circle of life - Life, Extinction, Hope and Immortality. Tarikh released in April, 2019. Tarikh was directed by Churni Ganguly and stars Raima Sen, Ritwick Chakraborty and Saswata Chatterjee.

Tarikh was officially selected for screening at the 4th BRICS Film Festival, 2019. The film was appointed by India’s Ministry of Information and Broadcasting to be considered by the selection committee of the festival.

Saswata Chatterjee started his career with a Hindi serial directed by Saibal Mitra, based on Samaresh Majumdar’s Kaalpurush. His acting in several Bengali films were critically appreciated. Some of his notable appearances include Tiyasha, C/O Sir, Proloy (2013), Jekhane Bhuter Bhoy, Meghe Dhaka Tara, Bhooter Bhabishyat, Abar Bomkesh (Chitrachor), Rang Milanti, Byomkesh Bakshi (Adim Ripu), The Bong Connection, Abar Aranye.

Raima Sen made her debut in the film Godmother, which was a critically acclaimed success,but her breakthrough role came when she starred in the Rituparno Ghosh's film Chokher Bali.

As Rudransu

Ritwick Chakraborty was associated with Bengali theatre from a very early age.He debuted in the film Pagol Premi.He appeared in six films in 2013, and for Shabdo he won the Filmfare East Best Actor's award in 2014.
